Mr. Wang Guangya, born in Jiangsu Province of China in March 1950. University graduate.
1972-1975 Studied in Student Center of British Council, Wales Atlantic United College and London School of Economics and Political Science, United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
1975-1977 Section member, Department of Translation and Interpretation, Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
1977-1981 Staff member and then Attach? Chinese Mission to United Nations.
1981-1982 Advanced study in John Hopkins University in United States.
1982-1983 Attache Chinese Mission to United Nations.
1983-1988 Third Secretary and then Deputy Division Chief, Division Chief, Department of International Organizations and Conferences, Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
